Happy Birthday Kennedy

Today is Kennedy's Birthday. She is two years old. Wray is out of town and Oakley had a T-ball game and so the fun mainly stuck around the house.

Kennedy had a Care Bear cake as Oakley also has in the past. At first I thought I might have to help her blow out her candles, but she seemed to find enough air to get them both out together. I hope she made a wish.

Grandparents and family came from both sides and were able to see Oakley play ball as well as be here for the party.
One of the biggest hits of the party was some flavored smelling bubbles from Grandpa and Grandma Kunz. The girls loved blowing them and Kennedy even got a couple of tastes.

Kennedy got some sweet Dora glasses with her bubbles, some funky straws, and super cute pink polka dot dress all from Grandpa and Grandma Kunz. From Grandpa and Grandma Lounsbury she got a wagon full of outside toys to play in the dirt along with yard tools both she and Oakley got a set of. From Wray and I, I found a fun Dora ball pit that she seemed pretty excited about once we got it all blown up.

Stephanie took a few pictures of the girls and I. As I look at the pictures I have to laugh because of the personality of my girls. It seems that most pictures we take of Oakley she is always interested in something other than the camera. Kennedy, usually seems to exaggerate most emotions she's trying to express. Both, adorable as ever!!! Now that I think about it, it could be due to their ages.

What kind of dad do those beautiful girls have? Can't even be there for her 2nd birthday, what a loser.

Love you girls wished I could have been there.

It looks like you had a fun day. Is Oakley enjoying t-ball? I'm glad the grandparents could be there for it. They probably loved it. Happy late birthday Kennedy...Love Aunt Katie
